1. How do you calculate the price of gold jewellery?
We follow a transparent, zero-stone-scam formula: Price = (Net Gold Weight × Prevailing 22K Rate) + Transparent Making Charges + 3% GST. Every stone and bead is weighed and deducted separately — you only pay gold prices for real gold.
2. What is your old gold exchange policy?
We provide 100% exchange value on net gold content at prevailing market rates for our BIS Hallmarked pieces. For old family gold, we perform open computerized purity testing in front of you at prevailing market rates.
3. How can I verify the purity of my purchase?
Every single gold piece at Ronak Jewellers is 100% BIS Hallmarked with a unique 6-digit HUID code laser-etched onto it. You can verify its purity, test date, and hallmark center on the official government BIS Care App right at our counter before billing.
4. Can I order custom designs from Instagram or Pinterest?
Yes. Simply click our WhatsApp button and share the photo or reel. Our master karigars provide an honest estimate of gold weight, making charges, and craft the finished piece within 7 to 15 days.
